Revival of the series.  Don't get me wrong, the new features peak my interest too, but this is potentially foreshadowing for a new Chrono game, and that makes me soil my pants.  In a good way.

Really? It's been all the buzz for the past day or so. Go check the news and updates to get clued in; it's set for a Winter 2008 American release.

Finally, Square-Enix is listening to fans, and if CTDS sells well enough, we may just see a new Chrono game for either Wii or PS3...

Maybe they were working on a remake behind the scenes anyway, so they C&Ded Chrono Resurrection to prevent it from being released =P

Other: IT COMING OUT AT ALL!!!

Anything they add will be a nice addition, but it coming out is No. 1...We'll make it the revival of the series by making the DS release no. 1 in sales ratings, I'm sure...

Really, I counted at least three separate threads all talking about it just here at the compendium alone, four if you count this one. Not really much information made public about it, so I did not know about it until I read the threads.

I voted for revival of the series. An overhaul of everything like the FFIV remake would be awesome, but I do not think it is needed for people to appreciate the game.

My nephew walked in on me playing CT once and asked me why I was playing a DBZ wannabe game.  I damn near smacked him in his foul mouth.

Not at all! I'm just pointing out that there are a lot of young, naiive little kids out their that could ridicule the series!


... But then again, I really don't see why anybody would care about that. It's just that I'd hate to see kids being made fun of because "They Play Chrono Trigger"... If you were a nerd in a public elementery school, you'll understand what i'm talking about.

Well, look at Cartoon Network's adult swim. They take good old anime and butcher it for young brats... And with all these younglings only exposed to Adult Swim anime, they pathetically call themselves anime fans.

I used to watch Adult Swim, but now I hardly ever watch it anymore now that Futurama is gone (I hate Family Guy... why can't AS try to pick up the Simpsons?) and I'm sick of most of their new series (the only AS series I even watch anymore is Robot Chicken =/)...

(And I can't watch the anime on Saturday nights anyway because I have work Friday and Saturday nights, and I don't like constant InuYasha reruns or Bleach...)

I only watch it for Robot Chicken and Tom Goes to The Mayor. If FLCL is ever shown, i'll catch that as well.
