Schala...  Definitely Schala.  Alfador...???  How the heck would you equip armor on him?  (I mean, logically, it wouldn't fit...  Notwithstanding game mechanics...)  Oh, and to the person who said Magus was a douchebag: Magus is teh best!  Yes, "teh" best.  Ya know, like "teh demo" or something.  But seriously, I'm glad that Prophet's Guile was released; more needs to be explained about the untold parts of his history.  (Off topic, sorry.)

Oh, c'mon, if they can make the same armors fit onto Lucca as they do Robo (more or less), I think they can make it work for Alfador. Or, hell, look at all the size differences in Chrono Cross' cast. Same armors all around there too.

What? There's a mutant dog, a turnip, a freaky plant thing, a mini-dragon, a pipsqueek alien, etc in CC. Personally, I think a kitty would be a step up!

okay...  good point.  plus there was a cat (dragon) in lunar silver star story... and THAT sort of worked...

Poshul's...  Okay.  I don't see anything wrong with any of them.  I kinda like NeoFio, she's cute.
...Still, it would be uh, interesting to see Magus' cat alongside him, ehh...  But what about the communication barrier?  Unlike all the others listed, he can't talk.

Why not just make new armor equippable only by Alfador? Sounds reasonable enough to me. c.c

A Double Tech w/Crono where he summons his cat from a gate? Meow MiX-Strike! Yeah, my take's stupid, I know...V_V

Anyways...about the language barrier...Crono & Serge can't talk...Alfador can meow! What I'm wondering would be what the various sprites would look like: surprised, climbing stairs, w/e...probably have to use a lot of external anime/manga emoticon type thingies for Alfador...

I just meant teardrop & exclamation point type things...I dunno...or maybe somehow tilting his head (with a questioning meow?) would be substantial...I just imagine a lot of speed lines in his Techs, I guess...8)

Schala. The party needs to balance its male:female ratio.

She could be a good magic user as well, and I never played Chrono Cross.
