I'm fairly sure I wouldn't even WANT to emulate 100 GBA titles...not to mention the fact that I'm living in the stone age (56k!...FTW?!?)...*heh heh*

I just got Advance Wars again (& Pokemon Emerald...I'll beat one of you damn Pokemon games!...maybe I should have gotten one of the older GB Pokemon titles...w/e)...I forgot about the beginning training stuff that nearly bore me out of my mind...I'm trudging through it though...V_V VBA needs some online multiplayer stuff though...doesn't ZSNES? Oh wells...

I found one!  Its a modified version of vba that has link support and netplay.

ACK! I dled it before I checked the Supported GBA ROMs/Games section...They have every other GBA Pokemon BUT Emerald...
