Temproal Flux Problem
« on: January 14, 2008, 09:18:36 pm »
Ok, I inserted a song over singing mountain, which copy's over junk data. The song plays fine, but when i try to tinker with event code, the song goes to hell. Then when I reinsert the song back into the rom, the event data gets corrupted. So my question is:

Is Temporal flux using the junk data to save information at and if so, how do i bypass it from using this data?

Where's this junk data? Temporal Flux is blind to any data you've inserted into free space, right?

well the junk data is after the song Singing Mountain, according to the NA offset guide

Edit: I put the song in a diffrent area, and it's playing the song correctly, and i am able to change event code with out it messing up. It also seems like it's using all the channels like the song did in singing mountain's place.

Correct.  Its blind to anything it cannot edit.
