This is romaji. It plays on a ticker screen in Chronopolis battle areas.
"kokoha evhal jkanno gunnjriyouwo okonatte imasu kanariyabai-----yo"
DBT locations. Anyone recognize these structures?
Dead Sea elevator sign. Gibberish?
Dead Sea shop logo. Gibberish?
Dead Sea traffic sign. Says "Ginza"?
Pierre's Hero's Medal trick, and the real thing:
This has to be an acknowledgment that Pierre's medal is different from Frog's?
Holy Tech circle. Any significance?
Fargo's Invincible tech signs. Anyone recognize the kanji?
Library battle scene thumbnail. One of these exists for a LOT of battle locations, but I have no idea what they're used for. This one even depicts a couple Acacia Dragoons in Viper Manor's study!
Previously unknown portrait. It was with Lucca's house data, but I don't recognize it.
The "other" Lucca painting, which has already been discussed.
Unknown battle area "scene" thumbnails, like the study one above.
Unknown tech image?
Paintings by Gogh.
Faces...in the Temporal Vortex or something?
Tiles in Fort Dragonia and Terra Tower. Do they depict anything?
Radical_Dreamer:
That first kanji looks like the ten symbol. Assuming it's the right symbol, it means heavenly.
Blackcaped_imp:
You guys are my heroes, it looks like you never sleep or work (go to college or high school in some cases). Will those textures have as much meaning as i hope? Yeah, the teories about would be kickass, mate!! Congrats!!!
Generality:
The Kanji is Tenka Muteki (天下無敵 てんかむてき), literally "invincible under heaven" or to put it colloquially, something like "the strongest on earth."

Dead Sea traffic sign. Says "Ginza"?

Apparently, Ginza is the name of a district of Tokyo: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ginza
