New Game+ Magus question

So, say you play through CT, recruiting Magus, getting all of his techs, and his end-game gear.

You then 'new game+' play through gave save 2, and kill Magus.

You then once again 'new game+' using gave save 2, and recruit Magus into your party.

What state is he going to be in?

(I think he'll be the same as the first playthrough, but I've never tried it myself)

His stats will be unaltered when you chose to kill him in the second play-through. Whatever stats he had on the first play-through will show up on your third.  :)

I can verify that by saying that I did kill Magus, on one of my play-throughs, and his stats were that of the previous time.
