Tech editing?

Yep, I got yet another question. Is there a program that can edit the EFFECTS of attacks?

Nope.  What do you mean by "Effects"?  Like the graphics it shows?  Or the status affect it causes?  Both are changable I believe.

Edit: I'll find the txt I have laying around when I get home from school.  I have basically every question I asked and some others in seperate text/doc files incase Compendium ever goes dead for awhile >_>

I meant damage and status effects.

As of yet, noone has had time to develop any programs that do this. Hopefully, someday soon...
