Oh Wow! That looks awesome! Yeah Guile was supposed to be Magus but they left his story line out- or something.

That's not fan art. That's just the two sprites in the game standing in the same place, with one picture reversed.

Nice job putting together the picture, but it's not really fan art.

Sure its just a screen but I did do a fair amount of editing to make the sun in the background.
