As was mentioned in another thread, doesnt feel right to start posting on a forum without posting in the welcome forum...but I also have trouble coming up with what to say. I enjoyed the series, obviously, and was rather suprised to stumble upon this site, from one of the FAQs on GameFaqs. I played Chrono Cross first, having been interested in the game by the music..I'd been searching for midis to Final Fantasy 9 on vgmusic, clicked one for Chrono Cross, and loved it (Another World/Dream of the Shore bordering Another World) so I hunted the game down. Played through it and LOVED it, then found out about CT...so I totally played out of order. :S

Um..I dont know what else to say, lol. Riddel was always my favorite character, and I was kind of suprised this username was not already registered.

Discussion here tends to be a bit slow, but it's never completely dead and I find it more palatable than that of actual gaming forums. The real draw of the site tends to be the Encyclopedia though. Zeality pioneered and wrote large portions of it, including the Music section.

Anyway, I just realized the site is almost 4 years old, and I've left the layout broken in IE for about a year now. Probably time to do some backups...

Welcome to the Compendium. I wish I knew more about getting the word out about the site, as we've had to build a userbase purely from search engines, remixing sites, and random mentions across many forums and FAQs.

Ahhh, my image broke. I must fix it now.

Fixed, but is there any way to get an image into your post form a file on your computer? Putting the link into the makes me feel like I'm stealing their bandwidth and I don't want to do that.

Not fixed anymore  :(. Have to wait and see if what I asked is possible.

Thanks for the warm welcome! ^_^ I dont mind if the forum is slow, it seems its intellect is higher than a gaming one I used to go to until the admin became virtual dictators and the site owner went AWOL (gamewinners.com forums if anyone is familiar with the site). Used to mod there until I left, lol...tho i hated to see the site die

I truly am delighted to have found this forum, again, thanks for the welcome! :D
