Woah, what a close call there.

Ooh, Of Monsters and Men. Well, quite honestly, I've only ever heard Little Talks, but I liked it.

My favourite song of theirs is King and Lionheart.  Absolutely gorgeous.

Today is what I've dubbed as "Draco Appreciation Day" so here are some pictures of Draco and his brother, Winslow!

Can't remember the top hat one (I must have found it through Google images or ICanHazCheezburger), but the "Slytherin" one is the Obvious Question Ferret, one of the four Ferret memes. XD

The others being....

Philosophy Major Ferret

Next: Film-School Ferret

(And this one totally happened to me for animation courses, minus the drop-out.)

The last one is the Forgetful Ferret

Got on the list at the Comedy Store (they take 16 out of 60 plus) and did fairly well in one of the toughest rooms anywhere.  Tom Arnold was there and laughed at some of it.  I don't like/give 2 shits about Tom Arnold and it was still a cool feeling.  For all the open mic muck I go thru this made everything worth it.

Kinda like golf, where there's that one shot soooo good it keeps you coming back for more.  More cursing in sandtraps but still.

To me, Tom Arnold will always be the guy who took a shit to Salt 'n' Pepa's "Push It" in Soulplane, the only movie I've ever seen alone in the theater (long story).  But I guess he was sick in True Lies.

And for the record I have absolutely looked for my phone before while speaking on it.  Just one of those "well I suck" moments.

A friend of mine and I recently beat Final Fantasy 3 on the Wii VC.  I was the 2nd player, battles only.  Took us a year and a half and almost 60 hours.  Totally awesome.  Now I just wish that CT had a similar feature...

Looking sharp...

Been going to a class near the ol' Hotel El Nido I snapped some pics of a while back.  Always a nice little touch on my walk.  Maybe I'll get some new ones up.

My new 2014 Mustang GT Premium

I love this car. Still getting the hang of driving stick, but it's fun.

I've always had a thing for Mustangs. That's a nice-looking car.

Finally got the Chrono Cross Seiko Chronopolis watch. Seems the going rate is $1200-$1500 these days.

I'm deeply sorry if anyone who was bidding on that with me is from these forums. I'd been scoping that watch out since 2003. I always considered it my "green jacket", to use a golfing analogy, for all the effort I'd put in to extending the Chrono community and building the Compendium. It's poetic that I finally get it just as the community, at long last, has died, with all hope for a new game extinguished, and all time needed to make ROM hacks taken by other dreams and obligations in our lives.

But the Compendium will stand as a timeless tome, like the vigil of mythic heroes said to retire to mountain tombs to await a new crisis requiring their sacrifice. What we have found shall remain found.

Lot of PMs to answer. I'll get another update out post June-9th.
