Congratulations, once more Shee. Best of luck to you, my friend.

Current love:

Ah, herbal tea. I hadn't had a cup of it in a long time. I had forgotten my love for the art of tea brewing and drinking the blessed liquid. Such a relaxing blend, this current cup I drink is. It breaths of rest and relaxation, and yet sparks with slight spices that cleanse the pallet and stimulate the senses of smell, taste, and touch.

Ah.....

I love the pipes, and those who play them well, in my general vicinity.

I love a cup of tea with plenty of sugar.

Can't drink tea with sugar. I like mine with some milk and no sugar. I drink Asian milktea with pearls at least every week, though. That's the one exception to the no sugar rule. What I love even more than that is Thai iced tea. I learned that it's some American thing because in every other country I've been to that has Thai food, they don't have Thai iced tea...

Love the boyscouts/girlscouts. I went for a walk in the park tonight and found a group of them cleaning up the waterbank. Man I wish my parents made me do girlscouts when I was younger. I was considering doing brownies when I was little, but that didn't work out for some reason. I do remember going to a couple meetings, though.

The best tea is british/canadian breakfast tea with milk and plenty of sugar, or bubble tea. Only bad thing about bubble tea is it's hard to get ahold of. It takes most teriyaki stores here ten minutes to prepare a cup, or they're always out of the good flavours, or out of the pearls, or they're machine's broken, or they just don't sell it. Still, it's really tasty and worth the hassle :D

Hm really? That's too bad. I go to Tapioca Express around here and they literally have the milk tea ready as they're ringing me up at the register... heh. I go to other places too, and I've never experienced any problems.

There's bubble tea all over the place in Seattle, although to some extent it got over-exposed and thus has collapsed back to a smaller level. My favorite place is on The Ave (University Way), called "Yunnie's," on the west side of the street just steps north of 45th St. If you're in Seattle for PAX, catch a No. 71, 72, or 73 bus from Downtown and get off at 45th St. in the U-District. Go to Yunnie's and live the dream.

Great composers, like Alan Menken, and particularly their masterworks. These people make it seem so easy. It totally isn't...

Hah. My computer teacher, Computer Programming to be more precise, used to play that with us every day after we finished our work. Nobody could ever beat him. Hard game, but fun.

Check out a game called BZflag. It's about the same level of addictiveness. First person, simple tank shooter.

The soundtrack for the PS2 game Dragon Ball Z3 (which I've never played, but whose OST I accidentally acquired) is amazing for several reasons:

  • Features Tower of Power horn section (I...I just couldn't believe it)
  • Rhythm section featuring Steve Lukather, Simon Phillips, and Mike Porcaro (in essence, the band Toto's current line-up)
  • Has incredible production values
  • Initial song sung by the guy who did the incredible springtime of youth opener ~Smile Again~ for Goemon's Great Adventure
  • Packed with tracks both funky and edgy that just bleed infectious, constructive, awesome energy
  • Track 8 is a schizophrenic remix of Bad Dog, No Biscuit! from Cowboy Bebop, which was insane to begin with

God, I can't get enough. It's like a drug for intensity. I feel absolutely inspired. I need to go build something or learn something or create something with agog alacrity and burning passion! Get this OST by any means.
