Wow just started a run-thru of that show with my roomie.  Gob makes me so happy.  I absolutely can't wait for the movie, I think the show was just two years too early.

Were certain FOX execs assassinated 2 years after or something...? Cause it still seems to me like they're pumping out mostly crap (especially compared to AD).

Well you went from having awesome shows like Titus, Arrested Development, and a few others to a complete hunk of crap. Filling up blocks with Family Guy and The Simpsons because they have nothing better to put on there is a very common strategy for them nowadays.

I called this, like, when I was a level 70.  which I reached 70 naught but one week before WOTLK.
Quote
The developers then went on to show us the new World of Warcraft: Cataclysm raid dungeon called The Firelands. This is a 10- and 25-player raid dungeon in the elemental plane of fire, and is an exterior raid zone like Ahn’Qiraj 20 or the Caverns of Time Battle of Mount Hyjal. This plane is the home of our old friend Ragnaros, the Lord of Fire. Here players will be able to fight him again, but this time he will be at his full strength.
I was expecting something like this, either on an elemental plane or deeper inside the original raid.

though I would have rather had it be an all out 40 man, or a 15 man.  I never liked those 10/25 man ones....

And is it just me or is Family Guy just getting stupid? MacFarlane just seems way too eager to fill up 3-5 minutes of time with footage from a Conway Twitty concert or an animated version of a Bryan Adams music video.

I love "Says You!" It's a radio game show of bluff, bluster, words, and whimsy that plays on many NPR-affiliate stations, including here in Seattle on KUOW. This week (a "new-to-me" rerun) was one of their best shows I've yet heard. Absolutely delicious!

"Bisk! A soup made out of boiled birds!"

Despite losing another chickie, I have a national Arby's commercial tomorrow, which could grant me union status and all that, we'll see how it goes...

Shee, let us know when it airs! Will you own the rights to your own image when it's done, or would you have to pay Arby's something to put it up on Youtube?

I have to read better.  It's only the audition, I haven't actually booked the thing yet, but thanks for the support!!  The powers of The Compendium will be with me, as well as the spirits of H.W. Bawkbagawk, Buck Sagebrush, and Snickers The ACC Wonder Dog.

I'm one of the few people that actually likes Arby's roast beef sammiches (along with their Arby's sauce)...and they've totally got the best desserts (cherry turnover) of any of them fast food joints.
