Sweet sweet breakfast glue...They still use glue in cereal commercials, right?

Whoa, maybe it'll be Shee's voice saying Theeeeey're Greeeaat! soon.

The banner appears to be of Terra, maybe riding one of those awesome Magitek armors during a snowstorm, and definitely ready to unleash some Esper kickassery. I'd love to see more if it's out there.

If she's riding Magitek Armor wouldn't that be before she gains her Esper form? The only other time she could, I believe, would be during Cyan's dream...

Hm, well I wonder why they decided to draw her black, then.... and with blue hair for that matter. The sprite has green hair and the artwork has blonde hair. It looks nothing like Terra to me. I haven't seen too much artwork of her in her esper form. I'd like to see some good artwork of that.

Hey FaF, do you remember where you got this awesome banner?

I wonder if there's more by the same artist, or if this is part of a larger work. 'Cuz it rocks. Don't tell me there's a FFVI anime hanging around on the Net that I don't know about...

No idea who did it, as far as I remember I got it from a FFVI thread on 4chan's /v/ board. The sig's a cut-down version, I'll find the full thing...

...AGH I can't find it anywhere. Ok I'll post it whenever I come across it.

HERE:

Wish it had... more to it. :(

Thanks! At least I know it's part of a larger work after all.

^ I went there 4 times... It's very nice, but so many places to go and see hard to see all there is to see... I hope you get to visit it some day. It really is amazing. It's this huge city with a big city feel, but has all these temples all over it. It's also nice and easy to go around with the buses. You can get a day pass for only 500 yen. I also definitely suggest going during the maple-viewing season. I will show you an example of how pretty it is when I went for the last time-

We climbed up on this large gate thingy and I was able to get some nice aerial shots...

Lovely! Well if we went we would go on a yearly contract for up to five years.  I dunno.  We'll see what happens... If that should happen it's still a long ways away, and I have some other variables...

You know... I don't think I've every posted this in this thread (and if I have, it is worth repeating).

I love The Doctor.

I just got back from seeing Tool this evening. Great concert! Mostly newer songs, I think the same set as last year but in a different order.

Jambi
(-) Ions / Stinkfist
46 & 2
Schism
Lost keys
Rosetta Stoned
Flood
Aenema
Lateralus
Vicarious

The visuals and stage graphics were really cool. lots of green lasers, video screens. Maynard spent most of the show dressed in black, standing the back of the stage against one of the graphics screens, so it looked like a silhouette (black on orange like halloween for much of the show.) The guitarist and bassist were all in white, as if they'd walked off the set of A Clockwork Orange. And Danny Cary on the drums, well, he was amazing - stole the show. Lateralus was cool  to see,  in that they set up a small 5-piece kit and had a drummer from a local band do a sort of drum duet for the song. The sound was surprisingly good, in spite of being on the lawn. it was a grassy hill, so you could see over everyone and have a perfect view.

Jambi... great opener.

Just for the record there was no glue to be found today... 8)

Samopoznanie - That looks like a killer setlist!  Glad you had an awesome time.  I was going to go once but they bailed  :(.  Their drummer is absurd.  A lot of times I look at some difficult drummng and whether or not I can duplicate, I can piece together what they're doing.  With him my mind just starts to rupture.

I go to this park where there is a massive amphitheater. Today they had a huge hippie concert. They were playing Greatful Dead, Phish and maybe some other bands. So I guess these two evangelists decided to join the fun. I'm not posting this in the frustration thread because these kind of people don't bother me. I like it when idiot bible thumpers like to make fools of themselves to all the sinners.  I just wonder why they chose this venue... I mean hippie band or not, it's a weird place for them to be... The hecklers were pretty funny too :3.

This is something I love. Glad to see the game I want most this year is going to come out on time.
