Oh, and the Ballad of Serenity. Good song.

I would thank you if it hadn't been popping in and out of my head for the past ten hours now...because of you.

...

Thanks a lot. ;)

You're welcome.

And for a newish love, I love language and its ambiguous nature.

I love aspirin. Seriously, what did people do before its invention? Sometimes there's just no getting rid of a headache without it.

Aspirin does nothing for me. Two Nuprin dispels my aches and pains.

Also, I love it when the US Postal Service isn't retarded and delivers my mail on time.

Small
Yellow
Different

Isn't that Nuprin?  All I can think of is Wayne's World

Regardless, just got back from my audition.  It felt great, so naturally it must of gone terribly  8).  Time will tell if anything comes of it, but it's always such an awesome feeling to be out there chasing after what moves you.

There is some indication that Air-Conditioning is what allowed certain cities to grow to a large size. Dallas, for example, started to expand at a quicker rate after air conditioning was invented. But no formal studies have been conducted, as far as I know.

Still... I like the idea: "The Air Conditioner: Champion of the Modern Age!"

Hah, no joke.  Talk about often overlooked inventions.

I am loving this bright and happy day that is shining where I live. I wish more days could be like that, intertwined with a good rain here and there.

Sportswriter Bill Simmons.  Good gaaaaaawwwwwwd he makes me laugh so hard.  The way he relates the antics of pop culture and sports is hilarious.  For example, he would be devastated to find the Ken Griffey Jr. was taking steroids.

"For me, it's really just Jeter and Griffey. Of all the big guns, that's it. You could talk me into anyone else cheating. I have to say, it has been nice to watch Griffey's career unfold in an old-school, pre-PED way; instead of belting 57 homers at age 39, he's barely hanging on to a job. It's refreshing. It's the human body doing what it's supposed to do at that age: fail. Thanks for sucking, Ken Griffey Jr. And I mean that in a completely genuine way. I swear."
