I'm officially a Motion Comics artist.

....In other words, I draw jack shit (the drawings are done by a different team), but the job's still cool because I get to apply motion interpretations to things that have already been drawn. And they love my work so far!

Now let's hope I stick to this job for a long, long time, because I'd like to draw stuff for them too, and potentially lead my own team.

Thanks, guys!

I still remember listening to that song when I was drawing Magil, from Radical Dreamers, a long long time ago.

I love the feeling I get when I manage to roll a number above 7 on a twenty-sided die. It rarely happens though. Usually I only get numbers from 1-7.

That sounds like abysmal luck!

There's a D&D/tabletop thread around here somewhere.

I'm also quite fond of the feeling I get when I'm on a roll in an Ace Attorney case.

I love it when stuff that had long hiatus make a comeback.

Recently this happened with a fanfic author I used to read his stories years ago. Admittedly, I'm kinda on the fence to keep reading his work; but at least he's writing again. That's good, either way.

I like this new Lavos one-eyed tick guy. "Love" is a bit of a stretch, though

I'm horrible and have yet to play it. I keep adding it to various wishlists but never have made the purchase. Bahahaha.

I better get down to it before the anime airs. I hate being a latecomer!

It's amazing. I'm personally still a huge fan of the DS's dual-screen battle complexities, though I do recall that was a major complaint for some people. Solo Remix, the mobile port, changes the combat system to be a lot easier, and Final Remix, the Switch port, I think changes it even more to be better suited with Joy-Cons.

Final Remix is on sale right now for $25. It's supposed to have extra content, so it's probably the best edition. I might even pick it up myself again to see the new stuff.

The story is by Nomura... and does feature a lot of traditional JRPG tropes... But boy is it also fresh, extremely cohesive, and it has a ton of great character development, even for minor characters. And the music is boppin'.

You know what I'm loving right now?

Mother flippin' Anodyne. I am approximately halfway through this short indie romp, but hot dog am I loving it. I love the pixel art and overall feeling of existential angst through the entire "story" (if it can be called that), and the soundtrack is absolutely top notch. It's a surreal experience for sure, and plays like a dream-like NES/SNES action RPG.

Just listen to this song and tell me you aren't enthralled:

Or the updated track from the sequel, which I have yet to play:

I love that I'm getting back into RPGs recently lol.

I've been doing tons more writing on it and posting more online. I've always been a huge fan I just noticed I'm so too quiet about it and I keep basically all my thoughts on the subject to myself. I'm happy, I love that I'm being more open.
