Alright, the actual problem is that right-clicking for Layer 2 to copy isn't showing up correctly in the properties on the left. However it does actually copy.

It is probably the same code that affects how Explicit Paste works.  When you copy a tile in Locations, it shows tile X0, Y0, L0 in memory, whichever tile that corresponds to.  At some point in the future, I plan to change how the tile preview works, though I am not sure when that will be.

...But is v2.50 compatible with v2.00 Flux files?

Yes.

Problem 3... The drop down boxes in the Tile Properties window seem to be vertically flipped. South changes North, North changes South.

Correction: The box is correct. The map window is not. Every tile in the map window is vertically flipped.

You will need to be much more specific.

It's rather hard to explain fully but thanks for the response. The map view when Tile Properties is selected (with the color coded tile properties) seems to be bugged in that it is reading each individual tile upside down. For example, if you have a tile as follows:

NW: Solid to PC
NE: Solid to PC
SW: Exit
SE: Exit

on your map, it will display yellow (Exit) on top and blue (Solid to PC) on bottom. When you write your modified tile properties, they are immediately reversed as well. (Corrected easily by right-clicking on the tile and left-clicking on it again, reversing it once more... to test this try right clicking and left clicking alternatingly on a tile.)

It's not a zip file. It's a 7ZIP file.

If i am right, better compression than zip and rar.

Better compression than zip.  Roughly equivalent to rar (better on some things, worse on others).  I detest rar format.  And finally, the 7-zip archiver is fully-featured and fully-free.

Define "guys" and "project".  Temporal Flux is still being worked on, yes.
