SNES emulators on PSP

I'm considering getting a PSP so I can play SNES roms on it. CT on the move! RD at school! Hurray!

Anyways, I was just wondering if the emulators run well on a PSP?

Yes, they do. Also, you can now download a 1.5 firmware emulator! So no more shitty software, and no more downgrading needed!

I'm happy with my DS, but of course, some people like paying 400 dollars for a portable SNES/GBA/MGD

I heard it's possible to put emulators on GBA flash cards, among other things. Is that possible? 'Cause that would save me a pile of cash...
