Favorite 'Lesser' CT villain

I know, I know, some of these you might not think as lesser, but they sort of all are, under Lavos, that is.

Well, I think my favorite lesser villains would be the trio Ozzie, Flea & Slash.  I wouldn't call Queen Zeal a lesser villain because she's a key character in CT.

I'd say that Ozzie and Crew were the best of the insignificant villians. They were funny, easy to beat (everytime), had some actual character to them, and had a slight impact to the overall story.

Dalton, because he was power seeking but not one of the main villians.

Ozzy, Slash and Flea were just following Magus, and later the "Idea" of Magus(mystics hate humans).

Queen Zeal was IMO a main villian(she caused all the black omen stuff and did whatever with Lavos).

Mother Brain is just trying to save the planet(as far as I remember).

Azala just fought with the reptites against human, no action of a villian IMO.

Young Prince, Flea has one vote now. The man has a girly sense of fashion though. It kinda brings interest into this character.

I wanted to take Crono's Sword out and kill her when she gave me 200 G
I really wanted to kill when I reached the Fair I couldn't buy enough.
But then the town Mayor was nice and gave money to a neglected child.
