Mothers seem to know everything!
« on: December 11, 2005, 08:41:58 am »
Who else here has ever noticed that mothers seem to have that ability to know everything thats happend? My mum says thats its because she has had childhood experience herself, but the problem with that it, if that was true, why dont fathers know everything as well? the only time my dad knows anything is when my mum tells him!    And, our mothers grew up in a different time then what we are in?

Could it be that Aliens are controlling our mother's mind?

Could the make-up have leeched into their skin and poisoned their genetic make-up?

What do u people think?

PS: Disregard the 4th, 3rd and 2nd last lines plz...

I had the same problem, but I learned how to trick her :P
If you know what she is going to do because she knows you(lol), you can try to use it as your advantage.

Nope, my mom is and has always been retarded about "knowing" things. I've been accused of various drugs and smoking at various times and pretty much every time she was wrong. Recently she asked if I was into huffing! OMGWTFBBQLMAO!?!?

My mum has an IQ of around 250.... That may explain it. She has over 6 degrees (including chemical engineering, finance, qantum physics, astro physics, and i forget the two others but they have something to do with science).
She is very logical. But i'm like always arguing with her, but at the end, I always know that she's right. I want to be like her when I grow up >.< I hate being dumb.

I've had similar problems in the past, but more recently my mom isn't exactly "stupid". I have duped her many many times in the past, though. There are some of us who never figure out how our moms think and always fall into their traps, then there are those of us who understand our parents so well that we can convince them of anything.

Which am I? I'd...rather not say =)

It isn't that moms know that much. It's that kids are that transparent. =)

Hit the spot, though. And it's a fantastic song. And Linkin Park isn't emo, that's the funniest part.

The Crawling Reanimation is amazing. Aaron Lewis adds so much to the already emotion-packed song. I recommend everyone hear it at least once.

Heh my mom is easy to trick.  I often place the blame on my brother.

Now when I was younger then she seemed to know everything.

Zeality WINS. XD!

And yeah, they're really not AS emo as people make them out to be. I've heard worse when it comes to SLIT MAH WRISTS songs.

Story Of The Year, The Used, My Chemical Romance, Hawthorne Heights...^_^

Linkin Park is more Metal/Hip Hop than anything else.

If mothers could read minds, they wouldn't bother asking.
