im getting a delay from the sound and i cant for the life of me figure out how to get the video and sound to be in sync, basicly when you move through the menu items theres a like a half secound delay before you hear the menu option sound thing.

is there any way to fix this, ive tried messing around with the fps limiters but that dosnt help

Are you using the Eternal SPU Plugin? If yes, use the ePSXe SPU core 1.5.2. and it should work fine.

Even so, you should consider using the ePSXe SPU core 1.5.2. It's the only one I've seen that works correctly.
