Hey, I never got to the Bend Of Time in New Game+ on CC, so I never saw or fought Ozzie, Flea, and Slash on there.  How did they look?  Did they translate well from 2D to 3D?  Does anyone have screenshots of them in the field screen and battle screen?

They look great.  Ther're rellay not "revamped" at all.  They look exactly how you would expect them to look.  I'll try to find a pic.

Actually, the onyl noticeable difference is that Flea got a haircut, and Ozzie had a crown.  Other than that, pretty identical I think.

Ozzie has hair and a beard. New clothes too. I believe Slash is the only one who's exactly like he was in CT (they didn't forget that he's left-handed ).

The emphasis is mine. Talk about uncertainty! The nature of this place is as open to debate as Flea's gender and sexuality.

Being left-handed myself, I too noticed with satisfaction that Slash's sinistrality had been retained in Chrono Cross. It just shows the sort of attention the developers paid to detail. Nicely done.

im right handed but i tend to hold firearms with my left hand for some odd reason....

anyways the bend of time isnt difficult to get to, once you get control of a boat theres a small island with water in the middle of it (much smaller then water dragon isle) to the south east of the main island it only labels itslef after you visit it, just go up to it and hit X and youll fade into a place that looks like the end of time

FYI, you need to have the home world boat before you can enter...I tried it during the Fort Dragonia period and the island isn't open. Does that prove something about its nature?

Ozzie's not nearly as fat in CC as in CT.

I think the whole Bend of Time in and of itself has nothing to do with the storyline or world itself, and shouldn't be taken seriously. It just helps to get the Dreamers Sarong and have the ability to easily get the Sparkle materials to forge Rainbow equipment.

Thought it is interesting if it were a tiny little side-effect of when the dimensions temporarily lost access to each other, and stayed open because of whatever weirdness that caused it remaining.

But yeah, it's most definitly not supposed to be taken seriously.

Excuse me, Zeality, or whoever wrote this text, but everything in Chrono Cross doesn't mean it has some relationship with the story. I believe the Bend of Time is only an Easter Egg (just look at the name - Bend of Time, like saying End of Time). I don't think Gaspar has *any* relationship with it, or even anything else has any relationship with it. In the same way, we might want to explain why Serge wakes up with a Time Egg in New Game+.
