Chrono Trigger - Master Quest: Thoughts and future content
« on: March 22, 2020, 04:45:21 pm »
Hey, all! Now that CT - Master Quest has been out for just over two weeks, I'd like to hear the thoughts and opinions of you, the players! What parts did you like, dislike and want improved in future updates?

Oh, speaking of future updates, I'm mainly using this post to ask what you guys would like to see in future updates of CT - Master Quest. If it's possible for me to do, I'll be sure to do it!

Once again, CT - Master Quest is available for download on these forums or through romhacking.net, so if you haven't played it yet, what are ya waiting for?

Maybe an original add-on epilogue for the "Fall of Guardia"?

That's definitely a possibility, although I do wanna make a hack of the events afterwards and the fates of Crono and Marle.

Be it an epilogue or its own hack, events following the fall and the fate of Crono and Marle are the only real loose end left in Trigger.  I feel like they were setting up for another game with it, but we all know what happened with that.  I have many ideas as a writter for spin offs and sequels, but I lack the ability to make my own hacks or worthy fan games.

With Trials of Mana being remade and even talks of making new games to that old IP, my hope for another Chrono game has been renewed a bit.  Though I am certainly keeping my expectations in check and not holding my breath.
