I assume it's just a video, if it is playable it's definitely not a hack, probably made in an engine like Unity or Unreal or whatever (I don't imagine RPGMaker is capable of something like that, is it?)

Still, it looks f*ing awesome, nice find!

Looks kinda good, but I must say it's too much camera movement for my taste. Probably due to the clash between 3D area and 2D sprites.

I know I’ve played a game with camera action like that but damn now if I remember what it was. I mean, considering they did an almost 25-year-old game in 3-D, I think it turned out pretty awesome!!

Oh wow. I just saw this! I like this. Reminds me of the 2D/3D hybrid as seen in the upcoming Octopath Traveler. Very cool.
