Tyvm sir, I will echo anything I figure out about those wander modes and attack unknown 3.

In fact here are the (purely observation, not proven via disassembly) notes I got out of testing wander modes for Gato, which I'm sure you've been over, but just in case.  The first two columns are not nearly comprehensive.

Wander Mode ValueMonsters that use itDescription
00Just about everything; the null counterattackDoes nothing, no animation, no turn consumed returns to previous mode?
01Yakra after his "drooo" techStationary, walk animation
02Not observed yetStationary, walk animation
03Not observed yetWalk toward target - forever.  Never proceeds with its next turn
04Can't recall, but probably bossesStationary, but uses a different animation than walking.
05HenchStationary, face target, slowly loop a non-walking animation
06GatoWalk directly away from target.  Possibly as far as he can get during his turn, possibly turns around due to obstacle, possibly wants to keep a precise distance
7 & 8Not yet observedStationary, walk animation
0ARolyRider, Blue EagletWanders aimlessly within a limited area around the target
0ERolyRider, Naga-etteWalks circles around target keeping the same distance where possible
0FAvian Chaos, Blue-Eaglet after counterattackSeems to be either avoiding all PCs or seeking corners

Obviously this is not a complete list, but I hope it helps.

Is there a way to boost the power of Marle's Cure 2 over 99*25? It seems PrismSpecs doesn't increase the power of healing techs.

Healing power of a tech can be modified in Hi-Tech. Adding a check for prism specs and sun shades would be possible, if that's what you're looking for.

Maybe it's the wrong place to ask, but I was asking whether it's possible to do so in untouched vanilla game.  :D

I'd check Sun Shades just in case, but it's probably not possible in Vanilla.
