This is the line from the script.

Quote
$3WB5:The bit disappears...

I don't have a clue why this happens, though.

This would be working off of the theory that the Rainbow shell is some highly compressed form of Dreamstone. Sorry, forgot to mention it.

It is certainly possible that all the rainbow shells found in El Nido originated in Dinopolis.

Theory: The Earth continually produced Dreamstone. Lavos hit and production waned until there was none in 600 AD. In Chrono Cross it's common because Dinopolis would have abundant amounts.

Exactly what Dreamstone in Chrono Cross are you talking about?

What does the "Report to Moderator" function do?  I tested it on one of Zeality's posts, but I didn't see any effect.

Well, one thing's for sure: Every time somebody reports a post to the moderator, on any board, I get an e-mail. =)

Ah, bureaucracy!

EDIT: So, Ramsus old pal, is there any way these notifications can be directed to my PM account here on the Compendium rather than my personal e-mail inbox?

Even better, could the notifications be posted in a special topic in the admin forum?

Quoting from people and things outside of this very board can often get confusing and messy. I've been to plenty of topics that have gone to hell for that very reason. So on principle, I refuse to use the quote function unless I'm quoting a specific person on this specific board. End of story.

If you are going to copy text from another source, you should either put it in a quote box or quotation marks, and name the original source.  For example:

Quote from: Wikipedia
Etc. Etc.

Quote
Etc. Etc. (www.wikipedia.org)

"Etc. Etc." (www.wikipedia.org)

Characters, Plot, and Themes / Re: Why Serge?

Why Serge?   Was it part of the  plan that it was going to be him , was he born too do this or Was he just at wrong place and time

Serge holding the Chrono Cross on Opassa Beach was the final outcome of Project Kid, engineered by Belthasar.  The Time Crash and all subsequent events were predetermined according to Belthasar's plan.  You could even say that Serge was created by Belthasar.

OK, that Engadget remark is an injoke me and my non-CC friend have...so why I put it up I don't know...but Spoiler tags are pretty useful in case people start spewing out how stupid people are for spoiling a game.
And users browsing this forum is pretty freaky, I guess...

This whole site is a spoiler.  We've never been concerned with concealing spoiler information.

I like the idea of the player having a moral dilemma.  This would be even more dramatic than self-sacrifice.  However, as with Crono's death, I think the game should be beatable with both options.

Looks like I'll have to install Konqueror as well...

That only occurred when I was using the Babylon theme with Firefox 1.0.7.  The Compendium theme looks fine now.
