Actually, it's supposed to be like that. The "black-label" version came with English cutscenes but with the GH version SE goofed and put the Jap scenes in.

Yeah, you probably aren't Master Flesher because I checked the logged-in box and it said you're both logged in at the same time. That could only be true if a) You're different people or b) you have two computers right next to eachother so you can switch back and forth. Unlikely.
