Having enjoyed Alpha Protocol (and can't wait for New Vegas) I would really like to see Obsidian make a Chrono game.

Hell, Square Enix sure won't.

So what's the next step of your dream?

Finish college and hopefully either continue to build sets for the Shakespeare Festival, or publish a book and make it big.

During my time here, I mentioned that I wanted to study in Oregon. This semester I applied to Southern Oregon University in hopes of finally leaving this hellhole of a state. Today I received a letter.

I WAS ACCEPTED!

So now finally, I have achieved one step of my dream. Last May sucked. This May is looking a lot better.

I love Avatar, it was a really great movie.

Spolierish so skip this next part if you don't want some minor thing ruined.

When they fly to those floating mountains, did anyone else gets some major Zeal vibes? I took one look at the waterfall on one of the large islands I swear I thought I could hear the theme playing in my head.

I love Heavy Rain.

A game that lets you use the motion controls to wipe your character's ass is an amazing game and must be bought asap!

Too bad it comes out in February. And that I also don't have a PS3.

I do love coming back here to make random posts and then disappear again as well.

The Company of Myself
Quite the interesting game here. Go through the levels solving puzzles while the character narrates his life story. It's a short game. Most could probably finish it under 45 minutes. Sad story he tells, though. :(

Shit, that was pretty depressing at the end. Everything sort of made sense though.

My mom wanted to quit her job and be a stay-at-home mom. And she did.

For the record, I get less shit-faced on marijuana than on alcohol.

Personally, I find people on weed to be more relaxed, then again, the people I hang out with are responsible enough to take it in small bits to not fuck up their school/work schedules.

It's your opinion, I'm just saying my piece.

On topic: I hate how Heroes sucks major balls, yet FINALLY decides to mention Chrono Trigger. Wow, if you had done that a couple of seasons ago maybe I would have kept watching. (Probably not, considering Arthur Peterli was the worst idea in super villainy "Oh I took your powers and made it mine! Did I forget to mention I'm invincible?")

What a crappy show. I hope Chrono Trigger gets recognition though.

General Discussion / Re: Fuck Suicide
« on: November 03, 2009, 12:27:54 am »
My best friend committed suicide years ago. For a while it was tough, it didn't help that one of the reasons why he did it, his ex's father, kept bothering the rest of us.

I think suicide is a awful way to go, but I can't call him a coward. Sometimes, people just bend you until you break. It can't be helped.

And for others who have had someone close to them commit suicide. IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT. Honestly, there probably was little you could do to help them. Don't beat yourself up over it. Eventually, you'll get over it.
