Repaint the hair is not difficult, but there are two problems: at levels where Kid npc, the texture should be edited separately, edit each take a time. The second problem - the video. I like the idea of changing Shala hair color in time devourer battle model.

I thought to make possible to get all characters in a single playthrough, but it would be contrary to the system of choice in the game, so these changes are not planned.

What do you think: whether to add the quest to return Harle? Or give the choice: save Kid or return Harle? But return Harle would be contrary to the story.

Hello.
Me and Danetta currently developing a big modification for Chrono Cross. This mod will affect almost every aspect of the original game.
The list inludes, but not limited to:
  • Heavy improvements of enemies' battle logic. Every aspect of battle system should be worth to use.
  • Rebalancing old items and adding new ones.
  • Rebalancing elements and their status effects.
  • Bug fixes.
  • Single disk - it's still discussed, but there is a lot of pros, read more there: https://www.chronocompendium.com/Forums/index.php?topic=10836.0)
  • "Wait" Indicator for Battle: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JxtOXsYq11k
  • Some of the characters will be able to re-join the Lynx after transform, some characters will be able to join earlier.
  • New optional battles.

I do a mod that adds debug room and a few new features, such as a new Grand Slam Arena with new monsters, new optional bosses, maybe a few new scenes.
Debug room of the demo version has many bugs. My version will be remade. New features:
The change in the variable of the plot

Hello. I've never seen Chrono Cross NTSC Beta, it's very interesting. I extracted debug room of the disc Square's Preview 5, and returned it to the normal game. Knowing the possibilities of the other rooms, I can try to make them again.
