Updated the screen shots section on the site.  You can view them at http://www.geocities.com/solid_star_16/screens2.html

It's part of Crono's Second Quest.

Enjoy.

Steps to install:

1) Download (obviously)
2) unzip the file
3) Run Setup
     - choose the path you want to install to
     - click the left button with the question marks (means "ok")
4) After installation is compltet go to where you installed the game
5) Go to the directory you installed the game to
6) Run the file "RPG_RT.exe"
     -This will start the game

Hope that helps  :D

That's some pretty great news   :D
It's good to know we're doing a good job.

P.s.: Crono's second quest is almost complete.  It looks fairly good, and I'm really enjoying making it.  You should see it... I'll see if I can update pics later.  Better yet, I'll do it on the site.
And now... time to study for the GRE's (taking tomorrow) wish me luck.

Sounds that would be good to have...

-Menu sounds (cursor moving, canceling, selecting, etc)

-Monster type sounds (growls, grunts, etc)

-Things that you'd hear in silence (crickets, wind, anything you can think of)

-Water (drip, stream, waterfall, anything else you can think of)

- Lava (the bubbles and whatnot)

I can't think of anything else at the moment

That's not the program so much as it is the game
By the way... making some great strides in the next quests... just you wait and see!

Technically no you don't.  It should be able to run without the program.  But yes, you can still use it to run it.

Yeah, you definitely fight.  Each scenario has at least 1 boss.
What do you mean you didn't see anything?  My guess is that if you started Alex's quest you don't start fighting right away.  PM me with details and I'll see if I can figure out what either went wrong or see if I can enable something.

Good good.  Sorry you weren't able to play yet Azarath, that kinda sucks.  Just started them out by going to a new dimension...

Specs I have so far:
- Guardia's fall already took place (several years ago - 602 AD maybe).
- Porre is an independent nation
- Fiona's Shrine and all trees have been wasted
- Porre has extra houses and such
- Overworld Music changed
- There's a tower (to be added)
- Porre Military Training Grounds are gone
- Jesse and Kates Shop is changed so that they offer different things in different dimensions
- Porre Hospital is gone and in its place is a place to travel
- The bridge is fixed (which it will be in your starting dimension eventually too, but it's not even broken here)

Things in mind:
- Vera and the girl you save (did we have a name?) will be found here
- A new history of the world (from 602 AD - or whenever- on) is to be discovered -> one choice can split a timeline into two new separate dimensions

Thoughts, comments, complaints?

Time, Space, and Dimensions / An incomplete theory of time

That's exactly what I was saying.

I believe you're right.  Thinking back upon this, I don't think it would flow completely with CT's timeline(s) and dimensions.  Maybe moreso with Chrono Cross', but still not quite.

Thought I'd start this up seeing as no one else has.  Comments / complaints / feedback for the demo would be all greatly appreciated.  Also, in the end of both scenarios... where are we sending the parties off to?

Of course.

Give them the link and they can download.  I PM'ed Zealty yesterday and told him the demo is up, so, yeah.

Anyone who wants it, demo is up and for grabs from everyone.

Merry Christmas!

I'd say Radical Dreamers.  It really is the premise to Chrono Cross.  Like it or not, it was the basis for that game.  Not to mention it is overlooked and I would actually like seeing more information on that game.  I can wait on Chrono Cross.
