Hello all, something of a newb to the forums, but not to CT at all. xD

This sounds like it could be absolutely amazing. And also-- are all of the voice-actors lined up yet? I like to call myself one and was wondering... well, you get the picture... :D

We'll be holding auditions VERY soon over the internet. All you will have to do is send us a recording of your voice and what character you want to play. If your cast, you might not start recording for another long while, but hopefully soon.

Of course, it sounds awesome. :)

Is this the same movie project that Namara is heading up?

Thanks, and no, actually it's completely different. It's going to be actual animation, like the anime cutscenes in the PSX version of CT.

For those who haven't heard, I (with the rest of the team at Wonder Animation), am currently working on our first movie project. The project will consist of 3 or 4 full length movies, retelling the story of Chrono Trigger (the first movie being titled "CT: The Past and Beyond").

We are currently working on writing a script and are assembling a larger team of voice talents. The project is new, and we expect to finish the first movie installment around December of 2009. (It's a long way away, but movies don't make themselves!)

The new website was just built and is running well, but we have yet to finish three pages of information. You can find the website at It's best viewable in Firefox. Animation tests and concept art will be added to the website soon, so you can see the progress being made.

More soon!

[EDIT] There was a problem with the scrollbar on the site, but it is now fixed.

I thought Saw was kind of bleh myself...I mean, all they had to do was touch the guy's body ONCE and they would have realized he wasn't dead...I mean, jeeze, and that guy was a doctor I say...I'll get to mine in a bit...

HELLO they were chained up! they couldn't touch him because they were too far.

Great! I have to see some of your remixes first of course. Please send one or two remixes to

Thanks for your support. I hope to hear from you soon.

P.S. The remix you send me doesn't have to be about Chrono Trigger, but I would prefer it to be.

But then...what did you think you called the data that emulators played? I mean emulator is to ROM as SNES is to cart

yeah but i never really looked into it.

P.S. It's surprising - nay, nigh impossible - that in this day and age, somebody doesn't know what a ROM is.  I'm amazed.

lol. i've head of an emulator, but not rom.
