It was the manga, not the anime, I think.

Here you are, snapshots from my own save file. Enjoy the glitchiness.
This is just as I have left the Mimic Girls house in Saffron City. I had my Lugia as my lead pokemon. Note the difference in the colours of the characters
And now, Lugia comes out of its pokeball. As a random glitchy mess.
And then, I tried to enter my menu, and the game froze.
Now, the only problem is that I used a save state after I glitched it, and forgot to make a back up. So I now have to go back to an earlier save state with my shitty team... Oh well, I have Mewtwo at level 100, so I don't care much lol.
EDIT: Now that I've gotten the pokesav, I'll try and activate the Celebi event.

I'll get them as soon as I can, okay?
And I remember those days. They were awesome. But there are ways of tracking them more easily now, which takes the surprise and excitement out of the encounters...

No, I've got the anti-piracy patch on my SS rom. Seriously, Exit a house, and it causes your character to look glitched, and then if you try and do anything like enter a house, or enter your menu, it crashes the game. It also happened to me yesterday on the route from Viridian City to the League for some reason... I'm gonna look into it, but a solution is to put a smaller pokemon at the top of your party.
Oh, and how the hell did you get a Pikachu to learn Fly? Unless... YOU CHEATED!?!?!?

In all fairness, it IS always the cartoons that ruin the reputations of the games which they are based on...

I am an avid player of Yu-Gi-Oh.
I'm currently playing an Apprentice Monarch deck, but I may make a Macro Monarch deck in due course. I'm goin to a tournament on the 18th, so my deck needs to be at its best.
And the cartoons suck in terms of the rules. For example, playing a monster in face-up defence position? And don't even get me started on Card of Sanctity...
And I can't seem to find any of my 6 Bottomless Trap Holes... Which I need...

The Great To-Do List / Re: [2000] Somehow rip new location backgrounds and all map screens from CT DS
« on: October 10, 2009, 10:22:41 am »Check out No$GBA and Desmume, Zeph. One of them allows switching layers on and off, but I forget which.
Its Desmume. But you'd need the NOSSE version in order to actually do it.

Yeah, that's really annoying too... I've never really thought about them as annoyances until now...

I've felt like that before. When you get annoyed at things pretty quickly anyway, imagine what happens if you deprive yourself of sleep...

Yup, I only need latios on SS to get all the possible legendaries in the game without trading/cheating. Oh, and i've noticed that if you have a pokemon too big to go into a house following you in Saffron city, it crashes the game on any emulator if you exit a house. Word of warning to you all...

I wish I could take part, but I have 2 problems
1) I haven't a clue how to play poker
2) The regular time for the games is always too late for me...
