Yes, XVID Lossless.
I'll have to look into Virtual Dub to see about the quality issue.
But will I need the LAME encoder to compress everything in the original ZMV or can I do that in Virtual Dub as well and yield the same results?

Ok, here's my question, it's a technical question, though and I hope that's ok.
I've started using the ZMV feature of my ZSNES program to upload some footage I've played to Youtube(to avoid sounding like an asinine advertiser, I won't say what or where or why) but the quality is kind of...bad.
I've seen your footage at the CEMemorial, and its pretty high quality, and I was wondering what settings you used to make it so HQ?

Yeah, I see your point there, and I'd have to agree. Something like what SuperSlash suggested would be pretty cool, no doubt, but it would be best saved for another project some time down the line, rather than forced into the end of Crimson Echoes.

Eh...in all honestly, I wasn't too impressed with the endings. They had nice little tie-ins to Cross, and a few cool pieces of dialog, but...really I can't see myself beating King Zeal 9 more times to get the alternate endings.
Furthermore, they were way too short.
I didn't really get the point of the Lucca and Robo one. It seemed rather extraneous and out of left field.
I realize that these are also gripes I have with the original CT alternate endings. Most of them were repetitive and quite frankly kind of dumb. The canonical ending(s), the "slideshow" ending, the Developer Room ending, the Frog marrying Leene ending and the Frog vs. Magus ending were the only ones that really stuck out out of the original 10.
In CE, the canonical(I use that term lightly, gentlemen) ending, the Frog ending and the Mystic Knights endings were really good. The rest were kinda...iffy. The one about Zeality's dream was pretty awesome too. It reminded me of the slideshow ending from the original CT.
But of course, this is just the kvetching(love that word) of one person. Perhaps its just me. From the rest of the game, my expectations for the endings were extremely high, but they just didn't reach that standard.

Way to go guys. You've completed probably the most ambitious ROM Hack ever created. And now through Youtube, you have proof of this.
Of course, I hope you do realize that you've set our expectations extremely high with this. Don't be surprised if people start clamoring for a Crimson Echoes 2 in the near future.
