Man, Marle ain't gettin' no love here... Granted, I have yet to play through Cross, so I haven't seen Schala in there... and I'd be just a hair too old for Kid, though...

I have no problem with people who protest real mistreatment of animals. Yes, there are people who protest mistreatment of people, but it doesn't make the news like a dog-fighting ring (in Vick's case) and what not. The life of a person is worth more than the life of any animal. People like PETA really chap my ass.

Don't get me wrong, I like reading, but it just seems to me that RD would've been better off released as a paperback.

You're basically saying that Mitsuda's soundtrack for RD was useless :?

Not what I meant, although TBH, I hardly notice the music for itself as I'm going through it. Like it said, with it being "text driven", my mind sees it as a book. When I'm caught up in reading, music becomes a background noise and is generally disregarded.

Found Firefly on Hulu and had a chance to watch the first couple minutes. Looks pretty interesting, I'll definitely catch the first few episodes.

I love T:TSCC. Are they on season break now, or is it over?
I'd say it's very much done. The writers completely scuttled it in the last episode, just like a high-tech nuclear sub crew completely blowing up their ship so it doesn't fall into enemy hands.

Figures. The shows I like generally end up on somebody's list sooner rather than later... At least Heroes is still goin.

I've got a gig of RAM on both computers and run Firefox without too much problem. Supposedly, it's not a memory leak, as there's things you can do to reduce the RAM usage of FF... I need to go back and check the settings on mine, though...

Commented on the video. I think I'll give up on the demo and just wait for the release... Especially with finals coming up. lol.

I'm on XP, but I have Vista-ized icons and start bar, as I got sick of the XP look... I have no idea why. It's only been how many years? I'm thinking of going with an OSX theme next time though.

I never put RD in the book category, it always was very much a game. Unless you don't count Zork or Lurking in the Darkness as games.

It feels to me very much like an electric "Choose Your Own Adventure" book.

Submissions / Re: Chrono Motivationals
« on: April 26, 2009, 08:31:18 pm »
... my folder still has all of my old motivationals. If anyone wants me to upload them to Photobucket or something like that, feel free to ask. I had some pretty good ones, like the Crono's Mom and Kid Palin ones.

However, I have yet to make anything new. My monitor is complete crap and I can't see my working field. Sorry.

Please do. I'd enjoy seeing them.

The Chrono Compendium - AKA Over-Analysts-R-Us

I'm currently playing

Chrono Trigger Coliseum ROM hack: as I wait for CTDS to get here... Haven't actually gotten to the Coliseum yet, as I just started last night and only made it to Masa & Mune.
Also did a little on CT+ (cool, but hard as hell, can't even beat the Hetakes at the start), Prophet's Guile (taking Melchoir up Mt Woe), and the Crimson Echoes demo (although I'm stuck on it...).

Legend of Zelda - Parallel Worlds ROM hack: sort of playing it... I can't even figure out how to get to the guardhouse at the beginning of the game... Grrr...

Ninja Gaiden: on the xBox. working my way all the way through, since I still haven't beaten it yet. I'm just about to the first fight with Alma.

Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword: started it, but now I'm gonna wait 'til I beat NG before I go through it... It's definitely an adjustment learning to attack with the stylus.
