Am I the only person here who seems to think that FFXII resembles Skies of Arcadia? Just look at Penelo and Aika.

And the "Arcadian" empire? Come on now. XD

My cousin and people I graduated with go to VA Tech, but luckily none of them were hurt. When I first heard the news I went ballistic with worry, but I'm glad that for me the nightmare is over. I can't express enough sympathy for those affected by this.

We're looking for a permanent, finalized design, but feel free to send in something.

Welcome to the official Chrono Crisis logo contest! The other team members and I have decided that it's high time we had the logo design finalized. We know what we want, but we currently have no one to make it for us.

That's where you guys come in. There will be no prize, other than the satisfaction of your work being used as the logo of our amazing game. XD

I want the "C" of the logo to be very ornate, and for the logo to look very dark, to stress the deeper and darker storyline.

For example, the C should look something like this:

Though you can feel free to take creative license and try out different things.

Rules

There is no limit on the number of submissions you can send in, but your submission must be colored with Photoshop, a similar program, or be very high quality. If you use Photoshop, send in a PSD format of the file, and whatever is similar to that with the other programs so that we can use the logo to it's full potential for whatever we please.

Deadline

As stated in the topic description, the deadline will be Saturday, April 28, 2007. You can send in your submission whenever you complete it, but we must have it by the deadline.

Send your submissions to me in a PM labeled "CC Logo Contest."

Ready... Get set... Go!

My avatar's appearance is based on me, not anything in CC. XD The pose is based on Terranigma though. Since I'm the leader of our team, I figured Entity was a good equivalent since it's the highest being in the Chrono universe. Lena thought it would be neat if I had a deep in thought looking pose and I thought it would be cool if I was sitting on the planet.

Fan voting is over now anyway. XD

Sorry to hear you missed your chance to enter the contest, but fear not, we'll hold another one in the future!

Oh I can admit the old demo sucks compared to what I'm capable of (and doing) now. XD

It's a very rare occasion that the server goes down, and yes, I check my PMs here at least every other day.

I just checked all the links and they're working fine. You may have tried to access them when the server was temporarily down.

In the ruined future of CT, the continents were completely warped, regardless of where roads are. The roads were where they were basically for mapping purposes. If you look at what's there of the world for 1999 in CT and look at 2300, you'll see a vast difference.

I've never said that the game will be 8 GB so I'm not sure where you saw that, but it isn't true. I think at most it could be 1 GB but shouldn't be much more than that.

2300 AD looks the way it does for a reason, it's not the ruined future from CT, it's the new future though it still has many problems. As such, the continents are like they would be had Lavos not destroyed them. Also note that all of the world maps will be remade with more detailed graphics.
