Got my CD and it's money!  Real, real good stuff for the most part.  Packaging was great, really well done!

1. Quiet night.  Just saw a spot on tv I auditioned for and didn't book, followed by the snickers spot with Kenny G.

FUCK IT'S WEIRD TO SEE YOURSELF ON TV.  Most of the response has been positive.  Gloating a tad for sure but man it's an awesome feeling.  To strive for something that seems so out of reach, even in the basis of ridiculous commercials.  That plastic card that says I'm in some union because someone liked something I did in a 30 second audition.  But that plastic tells me so much more than that.  Sometimes ya just need some validation.

2.  Started another run thru of The Wire.  Only 3 eps in and holy fuck.  So good, but you knew that.  Came across this gem online too.  I'll post the actual embedded video once I remember how to do it, because I suck.
I WOULD TOTALLY PLAY THIS IF IT WAS REAL.  Show spoilers if you haven't seen it and still want to but here's The Wire RPG http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IAiZ2Y4UJ6U

3.  Good live comedy.  The best.  I've both performed in and seen some awesome shows.  For such a shit business I love it.

Miss y'all.

Was on a big Brazilian kick for a while, still bust it out from time to time

Damn.  Haven't heard that in a while.  Is a tasty.  Bout a minute of intro in what I can only assume is Portuguese.

Gilberto Gil

I actually like the more mellow version, but ya know whatcha gonna do.  It's in English as well.

EDIT:  Holy sh(eeee)it, been so long I can't even embed the vids.  I suck.

Nice to have internet working correctly again.  Computer itself...not so much.  I have access to the vital stuff should something rotten happen.  Anyway, good news everyone!  Just finished shooting a commercial for snickers with Kenny G!

Dude was super nice genuine and totally into everything that was going on during the shoot.  Not a diva at all.  Not that I expected it from HIM but ya never know.  Anyway it was a great day.  (Weird twist of fate my car was broken into THAT DAY, luckily nothing valuable taken)

So yea, Kenny G is gonna eat a snickers bite and turn into me. Sheeeit.

No chickens.  Only a puppy and better gigs/auditions.

Still trying to ketchup a tad as I can.  Glad to see this place and familiar folks.  As for now I leave ye with a pic of the ol' pup (Chief) when he was only a couple weeks old.  Before I brought him home of course.  And for the record the Red Panda is badass!  Of what I know of it.  Being the posts here.
