Chrono / Gameplay Casual Discussion / Re: CT and/or CC in a online download? *hoping for, not announcing*
« on: February 13, 2009, 01:42:20 pm »Wait, what? Links please.
I honestly cannot remember where I saw it, and I seriously doubt the site still exists (I know I was trying to find a pic of the model they gave him to use in T.O.), plus the filters on this laptop, I'd say no dice on the links, but I wish I could help.

I knew the second one was obvious, but it was still a hint nonetheless.

Hmm... Hard to say, since it may be the CC take on a Reptite, but the thing top-center (little bit to the left) is pretty damn obvious.

General Discussion / Re: What Are You Currently Playing? (Do NOT Just Make a List)
« on: February 13, 2009, 10:57:31 am »I'm at the final boss in PMII, I lost, so I left to level up, and there I stopped and procrastinated by playing...
Which phase (out of 3) are you stuck on?
...Kingdom Hearts II (stuck on the WTNW boss that snipes at you)
That would be Xigbar, and he was also the furthest I ever got on a KH2 run. Annoying as hell, especially since I really want to take on Final Xemnas in the World of Nothing. Methinks that would be kickass (never played it myself, though I've seen vids).

Gonna go for MissingNo?
I really want to find my copy of Yellow, but IDK where it is.

Heh, let him have Rukia. I mean, Ichigo still has Orihime and Matsumoto.

Hello... Um... Wow, thanks guys. Really wasn't expecting the back-up. And, Idiom, I admit I do take some things seriously, but in order to perceive the lack of seriousness, said lacking needs to be obvious. Like when I fail to perceive someone is joking, it's because the joke factor wasn't obvious.
[/offtopic]
While KH's battle system is, IMO, overall best, I can accept CT's ATB system and a direct turn-based system like Paper Mario and Paper Mario 2 has.

General Discussion / Re: The Chrono Compendium - <you fill the slogan>
« on: February 13, 2009, 10:16:24 am »Crocheted Homo Imp Nun, for all you anagram lovers.
I'm thinking that is either an anagram for:
1) The Chrono Compendium
-or-
2) end much hot poon crime
Former, most likely, since the latter would make it off topic, invoking the wrath that belongs to the one called "V_Translanka" whose wrath is best avoided.

« on: February 13, 2009, 10:03:32 am »A clear strong relationship between Square and Nintendo
Ha ha, bullshit. Square whined when Nintendo put Geno in Brawl, despite the fact it would make him even more popular, and thus Square probably gets more fan requests to put him in another game.

IMO, I really want to see Cross re-released, since then more than likely, we'll see better graphics than the original PSX version.

« on: February 13, 2009, 09:57:51 am »Zappa's third tech, involving Zappa pulling out a black iron ball, striking it with a hammer, after which it explodes, is similar what is seen at the end of CT when Lucca's dad strikes a similar black iron ball to launch fireworks.
Wasn't that the Sun Stone?
Could the one that was making Leene's bell in 600 A.D. be Lucca's ancestor?
I thought that myself, given two hints.
1. His name is Banta. Put the last two letters at the front and you have "taBan" or "Taban" which is the name of Lucca's father.
2. Banta's wife says that he wants a daughter that is both intelligent and beautiful. That comes around 400 years later in their descendant, Lucca.
Coincidence? I think not.

Agreed, especially concerning Marle.
