They are the same in so many ways so it's just a matter of their parties. who would win in a fight though? I would have to say Serge. His Strongest Tech is stronger than Crono's, because Serge has both you can say that. At least thats why for me, as for element everyone can use them including Crono but they didn't have them at the time, I think.

I need one more character for my project, but I can't think of one here are my requirements:
1. Water Element
2. Has a good (not too deep but deep) story line (If you can't think of one don't worry just do the rest)
3. This isn't really a requirement but I'd prefer him to be funny or like a cute character
