My idea? Put someone in with a different kind of weapon. I don't think anybody in Melee used a dagger like Kid.

No, it's the normal form that shares similarities. Speed form has the one big "hair" behind it. Normal has two rectangular objects on both sides of the head

Which FF5 Song is that that they put?
Also, I like the FF6-CT songs. I'd look forward to an import of evey FF6 song into it.

Polling / Re: Who is the better animal in Square Enix games?

I voted interceptor, because I haven't played FFVII or FFVIII, and he seemed to the coolest. Poshul isn't the right type, and Alfador... what does he even do? What's he there for?

Lavos, the Planet, and other Entities / Re: Time Devourer/Lavos' shell.
« on: October 13, 2007, 11:26:34 am »
The DBT is full of timelines that don't exist. When Lavos was destroyed, his Pocket Dimension and him went to the DBT. The shell might have a mind of its own to use Schala to keep it alive for long enough that it can evolve?

Mmmmm, I've seen that bunches of times. It's there probably to imply that the series isn't over yet.

You can always edit tech names with a different program, but I guess Flux is your "thang".

Chrono / Gameplay Casual Discussion / Re: Question About Chrono Cross
« on: September 13, 2007, 09:40:05 pm »
No, that ending has nothing to do with the real ending. Chrono Cross follows a timeline after all the sidequests are done and Lavos was defeated, with Crono, and without using the Epoch. I don't understand, however, why all of Chrono Cross' events take place in Keystone T-2, when everything that happened in Chrono Trigger happens in Keystone T-1? Why make a totally different timeline?
Schala's fate is caused soon before the rising of the Black Omen, when the Mammon Machine accidentally teleports her to the Darkness Beyond Time, where Timelines that never happened are sent, and since Lavos existed in a timeline (Keystone PD-1) he was sent here after Crono and co. beat his arse. He merged with Schala, and would emerge in following years to consume all space-time. In the Future, Belthasar realizes this and plans Project Kid, and locks the Frozen Flame within FATE in Chronopolis, then Chronopolis undergoes the Time Crash, sending it to 12000 B.C. Serge, as a result of Project Kid, eventually becomes strong enough to destroy the Time Devourer, using the Chrono Cross. He frees Schala, but the rest is never made clear.
So, the ending you talk about doesn't really happen. It's just there for FUN! As are all the other endings.

Chrono / Gameplay Casual Discussion / Re: |||| so WHERE does the ASTRAL AMULET COME FROM, and that LETTER to kidd in chron
« on: September 13, 2007, 09:29:13 pm »
That part was probably an expirment by the Chronopolis Workers to investigate Dimensional Travel, and they found the Radical dreamers dimension. So they copied what they saw.
Note that this may not be true, and is just an assumption. I just made it up now.

Chrono Trigger Modification / Can you change the music in Chrono Trigger to an outside music source?
« on: August 19, 2007, 09:36:39 pm »
Like, use hacking to make the game think an outside source of music, or another track that doesn't belong to Chrono Trigger, is the track, and plays it? If this is possible, is it limited to SPCs?
