While it is outside of the main gameplay, some of the endings offer breakpoints which indicate that the party's actions (or lack thereof) did have an impact, or at worst, had an impact and which was subsequently undone by the party.Definitely agree with this. The New Game+ feature is actually vital to the game's central theme and absolutely should be considered when analyzing it.

My brother likes Wiz Khalifa but has never and will never play Chrono Trigger or any of my other dumb animu games. He literally did not believe me when I told him Khalifa had sampled from one of my favorite video games.

I would be more than happy to see this happen, but the "evidence" presented on that website seems to be, um, a bit of a stretch.
Also, I don't think an FF6 remake should have Dissidia graphics; Dissidia graphics is ugly. I'd much rather have something that looks like FF4 Complete or Bravely Default.

Yeah, I dunno. I guess the announced one must be either the Chrono Cross album or the next Inazuma Eleven game... the other two could be literally anything. There are plenty of people who could be labeled "great creators". I'll just be happy to see another 100% Mitsuda soundtrack. We haven't had one of those since, what, Deep Labyrinth?

So a while back I bought the Blade Runner OST by Vangelis on iTunes, and I noticed that one of the tracks is titled "Memories of Green", a name us video game kiddies are surely more familiar with as the name of a piece from the Yasunori Mitsuda's Chrono Trigger soundtrack. The songs have no similarities as far as I can tell, so ordinarily I might brush this off as a coincidence. However, I remember reading somewhere that Mitsuda was a huge fan of Blade Runner's soundtrack and that it was what inspired him to become a composer, so I'm starting to think that it may have been an homage on Mitsuda's part.
Any thoughts? Can anyone confirm this? Want to ask Mitsuda about it on Twitter? (does he respond to Twitter questions?)
