I don't know where you can find them, but the tilesets are quite easy to rip with Temporal Flux. To do it you'll need a good image editing software, like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro (this is the one i use).
First open Temporal flux, choose the location from which has the tileset you want, make sure that the L12 tiles window is totally seen, and take a screenshot.
Now paste the image and select and copy the tiles.

Paste the tiles as a new image. It should look like this.
Now resize the image to 200%. Make sure that you use pixel resize to change the size of the image, otherwise the tileset will lose resolution.

Now create a new image of 256x???? (the ???? represent any number, but generally it has to be higher than 2000).

Now paste the resized image into the new image, don't change the size of the tiles, if they don't fit, just paste the ones that were out of the image, below the others. Now make all the color that should be transparent, transparent, paint shop pro has a background eraser tool that can help a lot here. Finnally the image should look like this

Finnally save the image to the tileset folder of RPG maker Xp and you should have a nice chrono trigger tileset.

Iīm quite happy whit the clothes that he has, i know is kind of cliche, but i will keep that clothes for him, maybe iīll retouch them a little but the idea will be the same. The Idea of the characterīs appearance is fine, so i think iīll keep that look for him, until i start doing the walking animations (were iīll do some tweaking to all characters). Iīll concentrate in programing now.

That looks awesome The hair looks a bit like Cronos.
Yes, his hair its based on Cronoīs hair. The thing is that i wanted a hair like Crono, but whitout the bandana. Aniway as i said, iīm not happy whit it, it migth be changed, when another idea for the hair comes to my mind.

No. As i said in the first page, i will not use very much things from Chrono cross (god, i hate that game!), only some things that i find interesting (The fall of Guardia, the frozen flame are two things that will be there, but i donīt think that anithing more will be in the game).
And, for those interested in this sequel, i have been very busy this last month so i havenīt advanced very much in the game. I am making the menu (status, item, save and stuff like that), there are now 470 code lines and i havenīt even finished the status menu (i think that whit like 2000 code lines, the menu will be ready). And i still need someone to help me whit the graphics (i am stuck there). So Maybe an update (some screenshots and maybe more characters) will be posted in some more months.

Those Hp and Mp, are not the ones i will use. I haven made the stats for the characters yet. That picture is only to show the menu, pay no mind to hp and mp (The max hp in the game will be 999 and the max mp wil be 99).

I have finished the 90% of the Title Menu . The only thing that has to be done is the New Game +, but thatīs something i will make after i finish the game. This is a picture of it.
Also, when i finish this title menu and the in-game menu, and maybe some other mechanisms, i will release the script for public use, so anyone an make a chrono trigger game in rpgmakerxp.
And if there is someone that wants to help spriting or composing music, the help would be welcome.
