Chrono / Gameplay Casual Discussion / tech rocks

Just a small question:
I found the black rock a little bit ago in my game on ct, and I cant remember (it's been a year since I last beat ct) how to make it work.
I tried equipping it on magus, is it supposed to automatically be a triple tech when you have it equipped, or do you have to earn a bunch of tech points before its actually available. I have it equipped on magus, and lucca and marle are both in my party and I can't use it yet.

Ok, I never even KNEW about this game before I got to this site. Now I've learned it is in fact another game that has to do with CT and CC. (Still havent played through CC yet...) Can Someone tell me where I can get this game so I can PLAY IT?!? I'd like to play this and then chrono cross, so if someone could tell me where to get it it would be greatly appreciated. I searched a rom site, but couldn't find it. thanks.

What is it about the pendant that makes a gate open for the first time in millenial fair? How come it can open all of the sealed doors and stuff? Sorry if they point this out in the game, I can't remember it if they do.

Ummm... Just wondering... Does opening and closing Crono's drapes ever actually have an effect or do anything? I just find it weird that his curtains are a very rare interactive object that you can operate in ct, other than ones that are required to advance the game (ie. the crane in the factory in 2300 ad) I actually can't recall any other ones that are just there that don't advance the storyline. So does anyone know about this? What's the point to opening and closing the drapes? Could it be they made them interactive solely because Crono's mom opens them to help Crono wake up?

I hate to sound like a lazy bum, because I really did try to read the colloraries and axiom article, but it was just too complicated for me to understand. Can anyone explain it to me, and how the timelines in ct work, in simpler terms than that article? I'd like to understand it better so I can contribute to the forum discussions more efficiently. Thanks.

How do they know what crono's mom looks like, and how would they know to say "where have you been, Ive been worried sick" or whatever it is they say, something like that. How do they know that Crono's been away from his house for a period of time?

Trust me, I know this is so far fetched it isnt funny, but is it at all possible that crono DREAMED everything that happened in ct? I thought about it because the game starts with him waking up and ends that way as well. What if he never actually woke up, and it was all a dream?

What was the purpose of Doreen saying this? Perhaps Zeal was a part of Crono's dream that was speaking to him through his dream.. Zeal was supposed to be the place of the enligtened ones, was Doreen trying to enlighten Crono about something? Who is Doreen? I don't know, I'm sort of confused with it all, and I know it sounds kind of stupid. Open for discussion, I'd like some feedback on it.
Btw, if this has already been discussed, well I just joined. Great site though.
