The Lost Sanctum - Completed Items / Radical Dreamers music: "Original Japanese Title"?

I found that in RD's music page there are pages for each track, and each track has a "Original Japanese Title". So I have two questions:
1) I thought the music test was added by Demiforce, tho I can't find confirmation for this. Are these names taken from the original game?
2) If so, what do they translate to? I found that "Under the Moonlight" is actually called something like "Lynx's Forest ~ Beginning of the Night", which is nowhere near close.

General Discussion / Radical Dreamers release date?

As some of you may have noticed, this year marks the 20th anniversary of Radical Dreamers.
I was looking into it a bit more, and realized that the Compendium says it was released on June 1, while others sources state it was February 3.
Of course I trust you guys more on any Chrono-related things, but how do we know which is it? How can we be certain? For example, is the release date stored somewhere within the ROM?

Fan Art / Radical Dreamers Jap Label

A friend of mine is going to reproduce Radical Dreamers for me on a japanese SFC cart, so I was playing a little in Photoshop to see what I could do for a label design, and these are the results =D
This is the original design I had in mind, based on the title screen and many other labels floating around the internet:
This is another design I came up with when I was working on the first one:
Opening and ending =)
Here are both PNG files in the original resolution (Photobucket downsized them), and the PSD file if you want to change/add/delete something. Toggle 'Layer 3' to view both designs.
I took the dimensions myself on a Super Metroid label (10,6 cm x 3,8 cm)
I'm no expert, so feel free to say what you think ^^

Where are those CT sprite sheets???
I know that the Compendium has a lot, but I just can't find them...
I'm pretty sure that some time ago I found a section which has every single sprite on the game (and not separated by different pages for each one)
Please, I really need it...
