General Discussion / What Tech IS THAT!? (Crono)

Hello everyone, I recently started a fan based website.
Obviously I got sucked into the game this weekend... Completed everything but the Black Omen and NOW I AM STUMPED...
Watch this video, I want to know what tech this is because my Crono DOESN'T HAVE IT YET!!!

I remember having this ability playing the SNES version, it's not a single tech is it? O_O It looks like an Omnislash minus the last part (Cherry Blossum for you FF7/FFT tech heads).
I'm sitting in the middle of Black Omen, please someone tell me wtf that is before I decided to start over!
