Site Updates / Re: Chrono Trigger Unglued - Episode 24: "Those Freaky Monsters"

I'm personally honored that you enjoyed Episode 24 so much! With so much time spent on just one episode, I began to worry that none of it would ever be appreciated by the time it was finally released. Additionally, I'll pass on your praise - regarding the custom artwork - to the people most responsible for those parts.
Finally, I can assure you that the script for Episode 25 is already in active production.

Crono and Company - while en route to Arris Dome - have to first go through Site-16, wherein Crono bumps into a "Furry Whiskered Spawn of Satan". This rude rat promptly makes off with all of Crono's precious Ethers, forcing him to chase down the vermin in order to retrieve his sweet-sweet MP restoring drugs. Unfortunately it seems that the smelly people back in the last dome they visited forgot to tell the gang a few things about this location, and Crono is now about to have a rather unpleasant run in with the undead.
***
Yeah, that took way too damn long to make... didn't it?
What have I learned? I have learned that collaborating with people can be a lot of fun, but it can also be a pure nightmare if you collaborate with too many of them all at once. I am really sorry that this took so long to make, and certain people won't ever be helping with CTU again going forward.
Anyways, here is the 24th episode - thusly keeping Cryo's dream still alive - that I hope you will all enjoy. The 25th episode - which Sunrie, of "Captain R: The Game Ranger" fame, will be helping me make - is hopefully going to be out far more quickly than this particular episode was. In fact, I think you just might find this next episode to be a "Thriller."

Scene 3 (of 3) is now done, which just leaves the credits (already animated, but needs to have all of the info updated) and the Secret Scene.

Odds are extremely good right now that it will be done before this month ends. This episode has taught me to only ever work with people whom can actually turn their work in on time, and furthermore that the procrastinating wankers out there will never get better no matter how much time you give them (getting your material in over a year late is not acceptable... EVER!). Quite a few people on the CTU team - some of them long time members, sadly - will be getting permanent pink slips after this episode is done, but I've thankfully already assembled my new and trustable team for going forward.

Despite a nearly endless series of setbacks, it's nearly done and should be here before the month ends... *COLLAPSE*

Sadly I do not know which person on that list that it was, and I was also preferably looking for real names too.

There's been a lot of progress since I last posted here. I also have a request for help in a different thread: http://www.chronocompendium.com/Forums/index.php?topic=10201.0

Also:
Does anyone remember the name of the guy hanging around here who used to be working on an RPG about Norstein Bekkler in RPG Maker? I've forgotten his name, which is really a problem as a while back he helped me create a Michael Jackson inspired song for CTU (which is still set to be used in Episode 25, wherein Episode 24 is all about setting the stage for that "thrilling" scene to finally occur). I heavily apologize to him for the fact that I've forgotten his name, but a lot of stuff has been lost since then (but not the song file itself, which I thankfully still have)
Also, if he's still around, I have a very specific question for him as well.

More Info:
It involves Lucca, Marle and Crono at Site/Lab 16. Lucca is presently carrying Marle, whom is currently unconscious, on her back piggy back style. Lucca and Marle would be on the left side of the screen, where as Crono would be on the right. Between them, running dramatically toward the screen with a bag in tow - that was just ripped off from Crono - would be one of the rats from the future. Lucca is surprised, but Crono is shocked (seconds away from going into delirious rage, but this part is not seen in the actual panel itself). The actual size of the flash movie that this panel would be seen in is: 550x400 (wide, not tall).

I am currently working on CTU-24 again (I apologize immensely for all of the delays), and I am currently in need of someone who can draw a single panel image for the movie.

I'm glad you liked the preview, there was a lot of work involved getting all of that put together (most of it was preproduction).
Other than Cryo - whom we haven't seen in years - CTU's Team is by and large still together, I am sure they'd love to talk with you.

The Gaspar Narration Intro is finally done, and this is the proof: http://ultrapublications.com/ctu/noway/Chrono%2024.html
Many thanks to forum user Tushantin, whom I believe helped with the "Chrono Trigger U" logo seen at the end of the preview.

More animation done tonight, I had forgotten just how much work this was...
But that's okay, the goal is to keep working until the maniacal laughter sets in... ... that better...
I'll post again when this segment of the movie is finally done.

I'd ask for your awe... but in reality I should probably be begging for all of your forgiveness! This one goes out to all of the patient people everywhere for not stabbing me, not matter how much I deserved it... although maybe a little more stabbing in the future folks, and I'd forget less often. Just remember to leave me with enough blood to live. Expect more previews and progress reports as I go.
I promise to never again touch Warframe until CTU-24 is on Newgrounds, no matter how much that makes me cry and no matter how much I will undoubtedly regret saying that before I am done.
CTU'S DREAM IS NOT YET OVER!
