I like how practical all the math question are.  It simply highlights the state of today's education system.

Prehistoric hunter-gatherers had the physique of an Olympic athlete.  That is the natural and optimum condition of the human body.  People come in different body-types and ideas of physical beauty vary.  However, I, like most of us, find people who are exceedingly underweight or overweight physically repulsive.  This is no more an example of prejudice than being repulsed by the smell of tobacco is.

Is there any significance to the selection?  I nominated those exact characters.

This is one area where Chrono Cross doesn't make sense.  The game states that human brain size increased three times over 3 million years due to contact with the Frozen Flame.  The Lab in Chronopolis unambiguously showed smaller brains and primitive ape-like skulls.  However, Ayla and all the prehistoric "apes" in Chrono Trigger were obviously anatomically human.  Even Leah, from Chrono Cross, was anatomically human.

Lavos, the Planet, and other Entities / Re: Lavos' Impact
« on: July 08, 2006, 11:35:23 pm »
Has anyone noticed that while Lavs is approaching the earth, it's sprite has the appearance of a ball, with no mouthparts visible.  Lavos may have assumed this form for protection while it travelled through space and impacted the planet.  In Lavos's later metamorphosis, its exposed mouthparts made it vulnerable to attack.

You can use a commercial microwave to cast Aluminum.

I want to see some sort of documentation on that. Not because I don't believe you. Because if it's true, that's too excellent not to investigate.

I couldn't find the article I read, but this is an example:

Only 6 votes. You guys suck.

You should have put an option that Chrono Trigger has no flaws, so everyone would vote for that.

Very professional looking work.  I can't wait to see more.

The biggest problem with Chrono Trigger was that Ayla was gypped out of a side quest.  No singing mountain is a total rip-off.

People might expect me to have a problem with time-holes, but Chrono Trigger is an upbeat adventure story and the few mechanical inconsistencies do not interfere with the plot.

However, another problem is the inability to rearrange the party during combat, which is a major annoyance.

Chrono Cross seems to indicate that Porre still views Guardia as a threat in some form or another. After all, when Porre is said to be seeking the flame to use against the other strong countries of the world, I don't really see that many options. Medina is more peaceful than anything, Choras...maybe, but it seemed more like a colony of Guardia than anything.

Porre seemed like a backwater colony of Guardia in 1000 AD.  It is safe to assume that the "towns" in CT are world powers.
