And you know what? I'm using it RIGHT NOW!

Very nice! I'm glad you like it. I've always felt that there was a large shortage of good Chrono wallpapers round the net.

I whipped this up the other day since I was feeling an itch for a new wallpaper. I hope you like it, it's 1600x1200

I've read the reviews they've left about the movie. I know people can be harsh but it's because of the subject matter. Some people feel so strongly about perfection in a game-themed thing like that they're going to be ruthless if it isn't up to their idea of how it should go. Remember, a lot of people don't comment on something when they like it but they'll take the time to bash it if they don't. Don't let them get you all worked up about it because lets face it, a lot of them couldn't begin to make something like that.

Haha thanks, that's my Subaru Baja. I make these by hand with an exacto-knife so selling them would be more work than it's worth, although the prospect sounds nice :)

I preferred the dialogue from the SNES version. There are bits of it missing in the DS version. First one that comes to mind is when Melchior says "Wait, don't tell me. I don't think my heart can take it." after showing him the dreamstone (please correct me if needs be, it's been a while lol. The DS versions minor changes didn't appeal to me as much as the original. However, the SNES version has a large spot in my heart so i'm a little biased to begin with.

Made these a few months ago out of white adhesive vinyl and an exacto knife. I don't know if this would qualify as fan art but I didn't know where else to put it. It is the Chrono Trigger logo, Half Life 2 logo, and The Elder Scrolls logo. I didn't do the Scoobytruck.com one.

well when you finish that Nu show us, I attempted the same thing in 8th grade art class and failed miserably. are you going for 'the Nu' or spekkio, the pink bastard?
I am doing the actual Nu. I'm doing it out of colored sculpey premo so it won't need painted either. It a bit of a pain since he's a bit top-heavy, but I'll probably put him on a base like gaspar to take care of that.

Haha, perfect.
BTW, why do I want to bite them?
Haha yeah Gaspar is kinda soft...but hard at the same time. Sculpey is awesome!

you could probably make money selling these to fans and whatnot, if you made enough of them. Pretty talented work, can't wait to see more.
I would go crazy trying to make these to sell. I don't think it would be fun anymore however money is always nice. It takes time and patience just to make one, and if I had more of that I could've probably made the ones I had better lol.

robo would be the hardest party member, pretty well ALL the bosses would be tuff. I'd love to see a rolyrider
You're right on Robo, however making a charector's face and head look right especially if I make Chrono look like the artwork from the game it's really hard. And a Rolyrider sounds like a great choice for my next one....

Gaspar is really good , I'd love to see the three mystic generals :D
I couldn't agree more on making the 3 mystic generals. I'd love to do that. Geez I'm going to have to buy a display case if I keep this up!

:lee: I really REALLY can't wait to see the Nu. Zeal begins with Clay Nu and ends with Clay Nu!
I really can't wait to finish him. He really is a lovely blue color.

Haha yeah I can see the resemblance. I am so horrible at head proportion it's ridiculous. Plus, Gaspar looks like he has a hunch back in the game so recreating that with the head size/position was hard. I also thought about painting over the blue in the Lavos Spawn's mouth. I can't decide if it looks right or not..

Thanks guys, glad you like them. I have a half-completed Nu right now and I plan on doing more characters. I'm working my way up in difficulty lol.

A couple sculptures I've done. I hope to get a bunch of different characters done as I find time to do so lol.

Lavos Spawn
Done with air-drying clay, painted with acrylic paint. Roughly 5" tall

Gaspar

Sculpey, painted with acrylic paint. Roughly 5"tall

Thanks. Glad you like them.

@Zeality - Yes, I had submitted it a long time ago and you all were so kind to let me share it :)

@Hypernerd - I tend to get quite lost around here

I just finished a first playthrough on CT:DS. The new dungeons were cool, but A LOT of running around. The only thing that I was unhappy about was the amount of unnecessary dialogue changes. That actually bothered me quite a bit. I mean, why did they remove something as simple as Melchior's "No, don't tell me. I don't think my heart can take it" All of the most memorable quotes have been changed (namely my favorite on in my sig) and I don't think it helped. IF IT ISN'T BROKEN, WHY TRY TO FIX IT?!?! But I'm sure there's another thread for that kind of rant.

Jutty - YG PM'd

Sounds way cool! I've always enjoyed taking the things I own and making them unique.

I'm hoping to get started on a Chrono themed oil painting soon. Wish me luck everyone as I"ve never oil painted before....

I'm totally into the xbox modding scene. I've pretty much done about as much as I'm going to with my case now tho. I just added the media stream to my XBMC and it looks very professional. If you haven't checked it out you definitely should. Plus it will give you a reason to tinker around with you xbox again. I'd love to get into the computer modding scene, but my pc sucks as it is and I just don't have the kind of money pc gaming requires anymore.

What are you running? I was all into the original xbox but I've never messed with the 360 before other than pot tweaking it. Here's some of my mods:

The red one I cut down to 2.5 inches tall.

Just because you mod a PC doesn't mean it has to have crazy hardware in it :D
