Well, at least Lynx/Dark Serge controlled Kid to some extent. And records of Fate are known to provide advice and hints to the El Nido folks, maybe they also affect them via subconscious level(not direct control)? I'm not good at theories so it is just a guess. Maybe Lynx poisoned Viper's mind, and the Devas didn't seem to be the smart type and did not question his orders.

But I think you are right, the details of Lynx and Viper are lacking.

I see, the idea is to change the weapon joint to where his right hand is so he can actually wield an external weapon.
There will be problem in his tech animations though. For example,  he throws the sword which is part of his model. Might need some change in the animation data as well.

Nope, it is not about model size, but the textures have to find a place in video ram, which is currently lacking. In theory we can remap the model, make new textures and weapons, though none of those are easy job to do.

Edit* If you don't want Dario to equip other weapons though, things will be a lot easier.

Edit2* I recall I sent a PM to maybe prizvel(?) about how to edit Dario's model to give him an external weapon model. But I don't have the message currently.  :o

This is how the Einlanzer should look in Dario's hand, have not tested in game though.

It is funny this had been my favorite when I was about 10-11 years old. Though I never saw the ending until 12 years later, because the TV only gave 20 minutes per day before adverticement time.
When I watched it again,  I felt different, maybe because I was not a kid anymore.

I don't think it is important if you just play the game.
"Belthasar did it" is a plot filler that the author didn't explain the details, so it is completely open until they decide to make a sequel.
As for the ending, if we take Schala's words literally, she means the 2 timelines created by the event of Serge's survival, as for other possible timelines, the game just doesn't mention.
People are trying to create theories because: 1) There are bugs in the games that make them not fit into known time travel models; 2) They want to expand the story so some vague part can't stay that way; 3) They are SF geeks who just can't stand incomplete theories, in which case, Chrono series are fantasy/sf hybrid that don't play with time travel theories heavily.
As for this topic, I think you can say either Belthasar got some of the results from simulations, or he had Gaspar's help like shown in CT:DS, he needed to know TD in the first place after all, or both. He had the Neo Epoch, a cheating tool which even Fate might not know.

Well that why time travel gives me headache. After the timelines are merged, will what you did in CC be undone? Like the death of the hydra and the dwarf, because the events haven't happened, yet.
 :(

If Belthasar didn't do anything, would the Time Devourer erase all timelines anyway? Or was it just his little lie to free Schala from Lavos?
