I've got a surprise for everyone, but it's going to take me a while to finish everything.  I'll also need your help putting the finishing touches on it, Zak.  Anyway, I'll show you guys when I'm done.

I'll have to start that one from scratch, but I'll see what I can come up with...

I won't hide the fact that I absolutely hate caves and forests.  They take about 5x as much time to put everything together  and then you have to add the Z-Plane and Solidity... grrr....  I was glad when I was done with that damn forest.

Working on the Magic Cave as well... which I now hate for other reasons beyond the near physically immune defense.

All done.  just add the exit to the top of the stairs.

You could take a spin at map editing, it's really not that hard.  The forests and the caves are the hardest ones, really.

One's just a design.  The left one actually now has 2 beds placed there and there's another bed to fill in the extra space to the right of the main stairway.

After searching and searching and searching, I finally found a clip of Leene Square from Chrono Cross.  All it has as a back drop is a sunset, making me wonder just how that worked.

Just wanted to touch back on this:

My problem is that it reduce the game to simple repetitive attack, attack, attack, until the monster or whatever is dead.  I think we can find a better way to make Cleft of Dimensions challenging without also making it a monotonous repetition of attack commands.  I love Chrono Trigger because of the Techs.  This weapon makes them useless (except maybe Confuse or the random times when you want to hit every mob on the screen).

There should be ways of reaching the 9999 hit cap other than just using the attack command.  Otherwise, you'd basically have Crono attacking every round, then stacking the other two party slots with Marle and either Robo, Frog, or Alya for healing.  I'd probably take Robo simply because it'd be the only triple tech worth using at that point.

I was just thinking about Leene Square a bit and remembered the screenshot of it from Chrono Cross.  Was trying to think of ways to make it look similar.

Also, had a thought about adding another waterfall room where Glenn transfroms (in the ending if you kill Magus) to Truce Canyon, using that as a backdrop of sorts.

I dunno, just rambling here.

Surprise!

The New Enhasa.  (With 3 back-ups this time.....)

It's not finished yet.  In fact, setting the layout of a map is only the very beginning.  The hardest part is getting all the Z-Plane and Solidity.  I hate the Cursed Woods for that...  Don't expect that one back up anytime soon.

Bad news that in my absence I've gotten very rusty and am struggling to remember the oddities of Temporal Flux.  I'm giving up on it for the night (partly because I'm a leeeedle tipsy ;)) but I'll make sure to have those files up and running soon.

Good news is Truce Canyon is still here.

....  Sorta....

I seem to have misplaced my CT file that had my map edits.  I'm going through them all as we speak, but not sure if I'll find them.  If all else fails though, I do have the pictures so it won't be quite so bad remaking them.

I've been quiet these past few months because of taking on a new job, but I do check up regularly (not there has been much to check up on).

It looks pretty good, except for the fact that it looks exactly like the Denadoro Mts  :P

Speaking of leaving from time to time....

I haven't been very active lately.  Those damn real life issues keep interfering.  I'll try to get back to work soonish.

I like the idea, and I certainly could do it, but I'd prefer we try to make our own tiles based off CT rather than ripping them out of SD3.  Granted, I don't know if we have the talents on board to do that, but that would definitely be my preference.
