Post by: Claado Shou on June 11, 2005, 08:33:15 pm: I know there aren't many things going on that are big in the world of Chrono (no new games, no speculation, the death of two beloved fan remakes) but it's always most interesting to have those articles that take up three or four pages and discuss, in depth, something we're all aching to read about...or sometimes better, something we've never heard of before. It's like seeing the cover story on a magazine, and immediately opening to that...it grabs us somehow.

Of course, not much to report on, and not much to speculate on anymore...except, of course, which fan projects S-E will aim at next...

Post by: Jasson Knight on June 12, 2005, 12:07:58 pm: I really don't know what I'd like to see, to tell you the truth. I think Claado Shou pretty much said what I'd say. It'd be fun to read in depth articles and discussions, etc.

I just keep hoping that S-E's reactions towards the fan remakes indicates they might be doing something with the series.

Articles are sweet, I've been thinking really hard about one to present lately, but I haven't locked on anything that is article worthy.

However I agree that the encyclepedia should be the cornerstone of this site. Once that is done then the site will really be complete.

But articles are great too id love to see another one.

btw i know im lucky and bugged you for it but to my knowledge you never released the Chrono Trigger: Ressurection Soundtrack that was finished despite the project being shut down all those months ago. Im sure it would be appreciated.

Post by: V_Translanka on June 13, 2005, 06:32:21 am: I think the articles set the Compendium apart by having the most in-depth analysis on the series...The Encyclopedia is for the easy facts that people new to the series may need...Basic faq-like information...

One of my favorite new things I've seen so far is the Weekly Trivia...That was a nice touch.

I've always liked seeing the fanfic stuff and, of course, the remixes. A lot of those things made the Compendium completely unique with completely unique content. I especially was always hyped for the ZEAL Project multi-author fanfic...

Post by: Sentenal on June 13, 2005, 02:35:37 pm: It seems most of the Encylopdeia stuff is FAQ type things. Its important for the site, and a must, but personally, I'd go for articles.
