Title: Nintendo DS Homebrew flash carts
Post by: Lakonthegreat on August 23, 2009, 05:54:25 pm
Yes I know I said "Homebrew," but we all know that's not what they're for. Does anyone else have one? I do, my current setup is:

Onyx Black Nintendo DS Lite
Black CycloDS, first version shipped with 1.5 firmware
EZ-Flash V Ram expansion/Rumble/GBA support card
2GB Micro SD card

What does your setup look like?

White DS Lite
R4 Flashcart
2GB Micro SD card

This thing is a godsend. I know R4 isn't the best though.

While it may not be the best now, before the Cyclo was released it was. It's still the second cleanest one, and almost EVERY game works with it, which is more than can be said of like the G6 or the MAX Media Dock lol. I started with an MMD and almost threw it out the window a few times.

I have an r4. I got it cause it was the cheapest. Some games don't work for it, but most games do. I probably will not be getting another card.

I've got an R4, and I haven't had any computability issues ever. Plus I do used it for Homebrew...
